Key Responsibilities as the Retail Sales Executive:
- Drive sales: Welcome walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and actively convert footfall into sales.
- Provide personalized styling: Assist customers with outfit curation, mix-and-match styling, and selecting alterations.
- Store upkeep: Ensure the sales floor, clothing racks, and trial rooms are organized and visually immaculate.
Skills Required:
- Passion for fashion: Good knowledge of current styling trends, textiles, and premium women’s fashion.
- Communication skills: Fluent, warm, and confident verbal communication in English / Hindi.
- Sales mindset: Highly proactive with a natural knack for persuasion and meeting individual sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
