Key Responsibilities:
Generate student leads through calls, digital campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into counseling appointments.
Achieve assigned lead generation and admission targets.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and digital marketing.
KPIs:
Monthly lead target achieved
Qualified leads generated
Counseling appointments scheduled
Lead-to-admission conversion
