To manage all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure seamless communication between patients, departments, and hospital staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling
Transfer calls to relevant departments promptly
Manage emergency calls and escalate immediately as per protocol
Maintain call logs and records accurately
Coordinate with front desk, billing, and clinical departments
Address patient queries and complaints over the phone
Ensure minimal call waiting time and high responsiveness
Follow standard communication scripts and hospital policies
Support teleconsultation coordination (if applicable)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
