Key Responsibilities:
ITI or diploma in mechanical or automobile filed or equivalent
- Greeting customers, understanding their concerns, and gathering vehicle information.
- Explaining vehicle issues, repair options, and cost estimates in an understandable way.
- Addressing customer questions and concerns about their vehicles and the service process.
- Promoting additional services, parts, and accessories as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
- Ensuring timely completion of repairs and providing updates to customers.
- Technical Support:
- Translating customer descriptions into actionable work orders for technicians.
- Communicating with technicians to clarify repair needs and ensure accurate diagnosis.
- Advising customers on necessary maintenance, repairs, and warranty options.
- Providing recommendations on parts and services, potentially including aftermarket or OEM options.
