Lead end-to-end hiring for employees, consultants, faculty, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while mentoring the Talent Acquisition team.
* Drive onboarding, goal setting (KPIs/KRAs), performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and people processes across the organization.
* Build and strengthen company culture by ensuring effective implementation of feedback systems, performance reviews, policies, and employee development initiatives.
* Resolve employee concerns and partner with business leaders on people-related decisions.
* Establish and manage the Placement Cell by building relationships with recruiters, BFSI organizations, consulting firms, and corporate partners.
* Drive internship and placement opportunities for students while managing recruiter engagement through the organization’s HRMS platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve HR processes and leverage technology for operational excellence.
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, or HR Generalist roles.
* Strong experience in performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
* Experience in campus recruitment, placement, or corporate hiring will be an added advantage.
* Existing network within BFSI, Consulting, or Financial Services organizations is preferred.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
