Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate/Executive to join our team, focused on client acquisition for video editing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and initial outreach to deal closure and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for video editing and related creative services
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition, including:
- Initial outreach and requirement understanding
- Proposal sharing and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Generate consistent business from existing key accounts
- Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation
- Follow up with clients for payments and invoicing coordination
- Use lead generation tools and platforms to identify potential prospects
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients consistently
- Experience in digital marketing services, media, or video editing domain is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and search tools
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of creative/video production workflows is an advantage
