Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate business development and client relationship activities.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, quotations, and customer communications.
- Assist management in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and accounts teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain records related to customer interactions, projects, and business activities.
- Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
- Prepare operational and business performance reports.
- Handle professional communication with clients through email, phone, and meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills(Need to handle international clients)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial processes, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Administration, Client Relations, or similar roles.
