About the Role:

What You’ll Do:
Act as a guide and mentor for students throughout the admission process
Maintain student records, attendance, and application documents
Follow up with prospective students to ensure smooth enrollment
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless onboarding
Assist in learning & development activities and student engagement initiatives
Motivate and support students to make confident career decisions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide students
Fresh graduates with passion and drive are highly encouraged to apply
Preferred Age: 21 – 30 years
Candidates currently residing in Trivandrum preferred.
