This is a work from office job in Mylapore, Chennai. We are looking at candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers professionally through calls, emails, and follow-ups to ensure a high-quality experience
- Send quotations to customers and follow up proactively to drive timely closures
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and support teams to resolve customer queries and ensure service continuity
- Ensure customer success by tracking open issues and driving them to closure
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Any graduate with 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer relations, or inside sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English — mandatory
- Fluency in Hindi will be an added advantage
- Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills
- Systematic, organised, and detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and MIS
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering on time, every time
