Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and service excellence. The role involves handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, feedback management, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally in-store, over calls, and through digital platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer follow-ups regarding inquiries, purchases, appointments, and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
- Generate customer leads and support sales conversion activities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and retention targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer interaction reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
