As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of application changes with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
- Strong experience in customizing and extending SAP HCM modules using ABAP programming language.
- Ability to develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and enhancements within the SAP HCM environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using standard APIs and middleware tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP HCM applications.
- Knowledge of system performance tuning and release management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
