Telecaller / Immigration Counsellor
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Contact fresh and existing leads through calls.
- Understand clients' immigration requirements and provide accurate information.
- Explain Study Visa, Work Visa, Visitor Visa, and PR programs.
- Schedule counselling appointments for interested clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Immigration Counselling preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
