Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Business Analyst who will own end-to-end project responsibilities, including process analysis, gap identification, ERP design from scratch, implementation, and user adoption. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into system-driven processes and ensure successful ERP deployment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Study existing business processes across departments in detail.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies.
- Document As-Is and design optimized To-Be processes.
- Recommend process improvements aligned with business objectives.
- ERP System Design & Development
- Process Analysis & Gap Identification
- Define business requirements for ERP modules from scratch.
- Translate functional requirements into system workflows and logic.
- Coordinate with internal teams / ERP vendors/developers for system build.
- Ensure ERP configuration aligns with approved processes and controls.
- Project Management & Execution
- Handle complete project ownership from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and implementation roadmaps.
- Track progress, dependencies, and risks; ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Implementation & Change Management
- Lead ERP implementation across departments.
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy/manual systems to ERP.
- Resolve process/system issues during and post implementation.
- Training & User Enablement
- Prepare SOPs, process documents, and user manuals.
- Conduct ERP training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Ensure user understanding, adoption, and compliance with new processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and handholding.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and process adherence.
- Suggest enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Support future ERP upgrades and scalability initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / ERP projects
- Prior experience in full-cycle ERP implementation
- Exposure to manufacturing / FMCG / distribution processes (preferred)
