Key Responsibilities
1. Field Operations Management
Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations.
Ensure proper deployment of guards as per site requirements.
Supervise and guide security personnel on duty.
2. Safety & Security Compliance
Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats.
Implement corrective actions to address security gaps.
3. Incident Management
Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
Investigate and prepare detailed incident reports.
Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire, etc.) when required.
4. Training & Development
Train security guards on SOPs, emergency response, and discipline.
Conduct mock drills (fire, evacuation, etc.).
Ensure guards maintain proper uniform and conduct.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain attendance, deployment records, and duty rosters.
Submit daily/weekly security reports to management.
Keep records of incidents, audits, and inspections.
6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding security matters.
Address client concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments (admin, operations, HR).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
