Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide prompt and effective support to customers. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot software and technical issues, manage support tickets, assist with product configuration, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Manage and track support tickets to meet SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Assist customers with product setup and configuration.
- Document issues, solutions, and customer feedback.
