Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Senior Front Office Executive to oversee front desk operations and ensure a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills, with prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities.
- Manage patient registration, admissions, appointments, and billing coordination.
- Ensure courteous and efficient handling of patient inquiries and complaints.
- Guide and support front office staff to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality standards.
- Handle cash collections and coordinate with the accounts department when required.
- Monitor front office operations and suggest improvements for enhanced patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts when required.
