Architect (Revit Specialist) | Remote | International Projects (NZ, Australia, India)

Studio Pattern is looking for talented Architects with strong Revit skills to join our growing remote team.
You'll work on a diverse range of projects across India, New Zealand, and Australia, collaborating on real-world developments that challenge your technical and design abilities.
What You'll Work On

- High-end Residential Projects
- Multi-Unit Housing (Aus, NZ)
- Commercial Buildings
- Hospitality Projects
- Large Scale Residential Developments
- Building Consent, Planning & Construction Documentation (Aus, NZ)
- Working Drawings & BIM Modelling
- Design Development
- Coordination with consultants
Essential Requirements
✅ Revit proficiency is mandatory (This is non-negotiable)
We're looking for someone who:
- Has minimum 2 years of professional architectural experience
- Produces accurate, detailed Revit models and drawings
- Understands construction documentation
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Possesses good communication skills
- Has a stable internet connection
- Owns a laptop/workstation capable of handling large Revit models
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion / D5 Render
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Rhino / Grasshopper (optional)
- Experience with New Zealand or Australian projects (preferred but not essential)
