Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Enquiry, Lead & Email Management
- Handle inbound enquiries from direct customers, dealers, and tender portals.
- Ensure all customer emails are responded to within 24 hours, track pending emails, and document reasons for delays.
- Maintain accurate enquiry and lead data in CRM/ERP systems.
- Quotation & Sales Proposal Coordination
- Prepare precise and competitive quotations in coordination with pricing, production, and technical teams.
- Ensure timely submission, follow-ups, and approvals while maintaining complete quotation records.
- Sales Order (SO) & Delivery Challan (DC) Processing
- Convert approved quotations into Sales Orders with correct pricing, GST, specifications, and delivery terms.
- Track all booked SO/DC/invoice rates (GST-wise) and validate location-wise dispatch accuracy.
- Site Survey & Client Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site surveys with customers and internal technical teams.
- Document survey findings and circulate actionable inputs for execution and installation planning.
- Logistics, Dispatch & Direct Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with dispatch, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery, especially for direct customers.
- Track dispatch status, update customers proactively, and ensure deliveries are completed before due dates.
- Invoicing, Billing & Payment Recovery
- Generate, verify, and process invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and spare parts invoices.
- Manage bill submission, send invoices and payment reminders, prepare weekly payment recovery statements, and track outstanding payments dealer-wise.
- ORC, Compliance & Financial Instrument Tracking
- Track long-pending ORCs, ensure acknowledgement uploads, and maintain compliance records.
- Maintain structured records of BG / SD / EMD requests and related documentation as per company policy.
- Reporting, Documentation & KPI/KRA Tracking
- Prepare and maintain daily pending reports, issues/challenges faced by the team, and direct billing files.
- Generate KPI & KRA performance reports, sales dashboards, and management MIS with high data accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
