PSR Compliance is hiring an experienced and target-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. Candidates with strong communication skills, client handling experience, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries related to FSSAI, ISO, BIS, IEC, PSARA & other compliance services
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutionsGenerate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Skills Required
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Prior experience in Sales/Business Development is preferred
- Knowledge of compliance or certification services will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM handling
