Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, maintain office accounts, coordinate project documentation, and support smooth project execution. The candidate will work closely with management, project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration and documentation.
Handle office accounts, expense records, and payment tracking.
Coordinate project documentation, work orders, and reports.
Assist in project planning and routine operational decision-making.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of accounts and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Prior administrative or accounts experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
