Job Description: Senior MEP BIM Lead
Experience: 7–10 years
Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred
Reporting to: BIM Manager
Role summary
We are hiring a Senior MEP BIM Lead to manage MEPF modelling and coordination across
residential and commercial projects. The candidate should understand services technically
and should be able to guide modelers, identify coordination issues, and support clash
resolution.
Key responsibilities
Lead HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical BIM work.
Guide MEP BIM modelers.
Review MEP models for accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate MEP routes with architecture and structure.
Prepare and review clash reports.
Identify shaft, sleeve, riser, and ceiling coordination issues.
Attend internal and client coordination meetings.
Raise RFIs for missing/inconsistent information.
Support BOQ extraction from MEP models.
Maintain MEP BIM standards and families.
