Job Description – Azure Cloud Engineer (Banking Domain)

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies and prior exposure to the Banking / BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, migration, deployment, security, and optimization within highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure solutions
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud environments on Microsoft Azure
- Work on cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and automation
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards, especially in banking environments
- Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, Backup, and Disaster Recovery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud integration and performance optimization
- Monitor cloud costs and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency
- Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and provide technical support
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Services
- Experience in Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of Azure Networking, Security, IAM, and Monitoring tools
- Experience with Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Management
- Strong understanding of compliance and security standards in Banking/BFSI domain
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience working in the Banking / BFSI sector is mandatory/preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Azure Certifications will be an added advantage (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-900)
