Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to oversee and manage construction and real estate development projects from planning to execution. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, project scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Verify material quality, measurements, and billing certifications.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Support tendering, estimation, and contract management activities.
- Ensure adherence to approved specifications and construction methodologies.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
