Core Responsibilities
- Feedstock Procurement: Source sustainable organic waste like paddy straw, cattle dung, or Napier grass from local farmers and vendors.
- Quality & Inventory Control: Monitor moisture, composition, and quality of incoming biomass to maintain optimal plant digestion and gas yield.
- Logistics & Fleet Management: Coordinate daily transport schedules, manage local vehicle routing, and handle storage of raw biomass and compressed gas.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts, establish pricing models, and build long-term relationships with agricultural suppliers and third-party transporters.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sourcing, handling, and dispatch operations follow local environmental, safety, and government energy guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, agriculture business, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of renewable energy operations, biomass characteristics, or anaerobic digestion workflows.
- Core Competencies: Strong vendor negotiation, route optimization, risk mitigation, and data analytics capabilities.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
