Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions for real-world applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and production-level deployment, along with exposure to modern AI technologies such as Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world use cases
- Experience: Around 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.
- Build and implement machine learning and deep learning solutions
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance over time
- Follow best practices for coding, documentation, and version control
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring systems
- Research and integrate the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and automation
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to scalable solutions
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong hands-on experience in Python for AI/ML development
- Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision
- Experience in deploying ML models using REST APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
- Experience working on production-level AI/ML applications
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow
- Experience with Big Data tools like Spark or Hadoop
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Background
- Experience working in product-based or service-based AI environments
- Proven ability to build and scale AI-driven applications
