Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Commercial Head (RC Head) to lead and expand our Apple B2B business across the assigned region. The role is responsible for driving business growth through authorized dealer partners, strengthening channel relationships, achieving sales and profitability targets, and ensuring smooth commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop the existing Apple dealer network across the assigned region.
- Identify and appoint new channel partners to expand market coverage.
- Build strong business relationships with dealers and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to increase sales and market share.
- Monitor dealer performance, sales trends, inventory movement, and market opportunities.
- Ensure healthy stock movement and minimize inventory ageing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective business strategies.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels from channel partners.
- Represent the company during dealer meetings, business reviews, and Apple-related channel initiatives.

Qualification
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Channel Sales, Distribution, or B2B Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in premium mobile brands, consumer electronics, IT products, or accessories distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel sales, commercial operations, and dealer management.
