About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. You'll work closely with senior designers and marketing/product teams to create visually compelling assets across digital and print media, helping bring brand stories to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, websites, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral
- Assist in developing brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across all materials
- Create layouts for brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional content
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements and translate briefs into visuals
- Edit and retouch images, and prepare print-ready and web-ready files
- Support the creation of presentation decks, pitch materials, and internal communication assets
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs within deadlines
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma/Canva
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, composition
- Basic understanding of branding, print production, and digital design specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Exposure to packaging design or OOH (out-of-home) media design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
