Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Asst.Sales Manager to lead and drive real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong client-handling skills, experience in site visits, and the ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market (preferred)
