Dinvicta is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.
The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to handle leads generated through the company’s marketing campaigns and advertisements. The role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, conducting follow-ups, arranging client meetings when required, and converting leads into successful business deals.
Candidates should be confident in direct client interaction, including phone calls, presentations, meetings, and negotiations. The role may require travelling for client meetings, and official travel expenses will be covered by the company.
This is a target-oriented role, and the candidate will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the company. Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Qualification & Experience
- BBA, MBA, or any Degree with basic knowledge in Marketing & Sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Good communication and client-handling skills
Salary & Incentives
Basic salary and attractive incentives will be provided based on successful lead conversion and performance.
