Key Responsibilities
- Promote Gurcharanam Academy's courses and programs to students, parents, schools, and educational institutions.
- Generate leads through field marketing, digital campaigns, referrals, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Conduct school visits, educational seminars, and career guidance sessions to increase brand awareness.
- Meet prospective students and parents to explain course offerings, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching partners, and other educational stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the admission counselling team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing and business development activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
