You will independently manage ticket resolution, provide on-call support, and conduct root cause analyses. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Support And Solutions By Adhering To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Managing Oracle Exadata And Database Administration Tasks.
2. Perform On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis To Identify And Resolve Incidents Effectively.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Management By Updating The Knowledge Base And Conducting Training Sessions For New Team Members, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning.
4. Independently Resolve Service Tickets Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Ensuring Timely And Effective Solutions For End-Users.
5. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing The Number Of Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases, Promoting A Positive Customer Experience.
