Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in the Construction Industry is mandatory
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Billing & Site Engineer to oversee site execution while managing project billing activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity estimation, RA billing, client and contractor billing, site supervision, and project coordination to ensure timely execution and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities: Site Execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and material usage.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at the site.
Billing & Quantity Survey
- Prepare and submit RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and Final Bills.
- Measure quantities and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Verify subcontractor bills and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill certification and approvals.
- Maintain billing records, work measurements, and project documentation.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for materials such as cement and steel.
- Track project costs and support cost control activities.
- Ensure timely billing as per project milestones.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, measurement books (MB), DPR, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding billing and payment status.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project documentation requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RA Billing, Final Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Measurement Sheets
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Understanding of construction drawings and project specifications
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and billing documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or other construction ERP systems) is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
