An Administrative Executive (Admin Executive) is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of an office or organization. The role blends administrative support, coordination, and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital records)
- Schedule meetings, appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Support senior management and other staff as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Maintaining office equipment and facilities
- Record keeping and documentation
- Previous administrative or office experience (often 1–3 years)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
