Executive – IT ServicesJob Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Executive – IT Services to support business development and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, generating business opportunities, managing leads, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management, and a strong understanding of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Manage professional email communication with prospects, clients, and business partners.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather project requirements and prepare suitable client solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project-related documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support business development initiatives for IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, AI Solutions, Cloud Services, and Custom Software Development.
- Track sales activities, client feedback, project status, and business performance metrics.
- Assist in achieving revenue targets and overall business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and effective client support.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Experience with lead generation, sales follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking processes.
- Basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Sales, or IT Services.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in IT services may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
