Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with B.Ed. (NTT/Montessori certification preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with primary school children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all core subjects for Primary Classes as a Mother Teacher.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and student progress reports.
- Create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
