Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and responsible Packing Machine Operators to operate and monitor packing machinery and ensure efficient production and quality packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packing machines during production.
- Set up and adjust machines according to product requirements.
- Ensure proper packing, sealing, labeling, and coding.
- Monitor machine performance and identify basic operational issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Inspect packed products for quality and quantity.
- Maintain production and packing records.
- Minimize wastage of packing materials.
- Follow daily production targets and schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
- Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 0–4 years in packing machine operation or a related production role.
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma qualification preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
