INST. & CONTROL SPI DESIGNER:
- Skills/Experience Required:
- Experienced Designer with knowledge of design stages and Design Deliverables of I&C discipline
- Experience and knowledge of SPI wiring and Hookup modules.
- Experience and knowledge of Creation of Device Panels, Cables, Junction Box, RIO Panelss, Control system Panels etc. in the SPI.
- Experience and knowledge of Instrument and control system wiring using SPI wiring module for both Conventional and FF signals.
- Should have knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS/FGS and RTU/SCADA applicable to O&G / Chemical plants
- Knowledge of preparation and review of Detailed Engineering Design Deliverables - Instrument Hook-up, Loop Diagrams, Junction box and Panel wiring Diagram, Functional Loop Schematics, Cable Schedule etc.
- Experience and knowledge of I&C Design and 3D modelling using SP3D for Cable trays, Conduits, Instrument Equipment, etc. is preferred.
- Should be experienced with other Design related software like AutoCAD, MicroStation, SPR, NAVIS Works and Microsoft Office
- Should be able to prepare and review I&C design deliverables independently in compliance with Quality System
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to O&G / Chemical plants
- Should have knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS/FGS and RTU/SCADA applicable to O&G / Chemical plants
- Ability to work in a team and support the project deliverables as per schedule and collaborate with other disciplines for requisite inputs is desirable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working on international projects and client is preferred.
- Experienced with performing IDC - interdisciplinary checks of other discipline drawings.
- Experience of Green and Brown field projects
- Domain : Instrumentation and Control - Chemical, Petrochemical and O&G
- Educational Qualification:BE/Diploma -I&C
- Years of Experience :8-10 Years in O&G, Chemical/Petrochemical domain
