We are expanding in Nagpur and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to drive sales of our residential water softener systems for independent houses and villas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Door to Door Visits - Customer locations across Nagpur region
- Meet homeowners and explain water softener benefits
- Conduct free basic water hardness testing at customer site
- Demonstrate product features and explain solutions clearly
- Convert leads into confirmed sales
- Collect booking amount and complete order documentation
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Coordinate with installation team for smooth execution
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports
- Top performers can earn ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years experience in field sales / direct sales / home sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable travelling within Nagpur
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Self motivated and target driven
- Basic smartphone handling for lead updates
