Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Roll out offer letters and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/HRMS tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
