We are looking for a highly energetic and hands-on Production & Maintenance Manager who can independently manage daily production, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, manpower and plant performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor crusher, screens and conveyor performance.
- Ensure optimum plant utilization.
- Minimize production losses.
- Coordinate production planning and dispatch.
Maintenance Management
- Lead mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
- Attend major breakdowns personally.
- Diagnose root causes of recurring failures.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules.
- Improve machine reliability and availability.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
