Delta Trading Academy, headquartered in Dubai, is a leading institute in Forex Trading and Financial Market Education. As part of our rapid expansion in India, we are looking for dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
>Contact and counsel prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
>Explain our trading and financial education programs.
>Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
>Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
>Achieve monthly sales targets.
>Update customer interactions in the CRM system
>Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless student onboarding.
Requirements
>Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
>1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Education Counselling.
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.>Fluency in English is mandatory.
>Additional languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu are an advantage.
>Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
>Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
⭐ Prior experience in Forex or Stock Market firms will be an added advantage
