Role Overview The Administration Executive will be the backbone of our office — managing day-to-day operations, handling all incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization from front to back.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Take full charge of office operations on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure the office is well-organized, clean, and fully functional at all times
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
- Manage office records, files, and documentation systematically
Communication & Calls
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain a call log and ensure timely follow-ups on all pending communications
- Coordinate internal communication between departments and teams
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
