About the Role
Virkar Developers is looking for a creative and passionate Interior Designer to join our team. If you have a strong eye for design, expertise in space planning, and experience in residential or commercial interior projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and budget standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, interior detailing, and BOQ preparation.
- Excellent creativity, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
