We are looking for a polished and service-oriented Butler associate to join our Butler team. The ideal candidate will deliver personalised, anticipatory, and discreet service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable and comfortable stay experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised butler service to VIP, suite, and long-stay guests.
- Handle guest arrival experience, including welcome rituals, in-room check-in, and orientation.
- Coordinate all guest requests for dining, housekeeping, transportation, spa, and special arrangements.
- Maintain guest history records and ensure preferences are updated and communicated.
- Assist with packing/unpacking, wardrobe management, and special room preparations.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office for seamless guest service.
- Set up in-room dining, amenities, and special celebrations as per luxury standards.
- Ensure immaculate cleanliness and presentation of suites and butler pantry areas.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support VIP movements, room inspections, and personalised experiences for high-profile guests.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as Butler / Guest Relations / Front Office in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent English communication, grooming, and etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, polished service approach.
- Knowledge of luxury service standards, guest personalization, and butler protocols.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and manage high-pressure situations.
