Key Responsibilities:
Advise healthcare professionals on appropriate courses, certifications, and educational programs for their career goals.
Provide guidance on career choices based on clients’ skills, interests, and aspirations.
Evaluate clients’ educational and work backgrounds to identify gaps and recommend actionable next steps.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and recommendations using computer systems.
Conduct telephonic consultations and follow-ups with clients to ensure clarity and engagement.
Support clients in improving professional skills such as communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
