Position: Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
- Identify purchasing requirements and execute procurement activities.
- Design and implement effective purchasing strategies.
- Manage complete purchase operations with focus on cost control for raw materials, assets, utilities, and other input materials.
- Develop and execute quarterly, monthly, and weekly purchase plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Maintain accurate purchase and vendor databases.
- Support senior management with procurement-related insights and reporting.
Vendor Management
- Handle New Vendor Development (NVD), sourcing, vendor evaluation, and onboarding.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Manage existing vendor relationships while ensuring price control and supply continuity.
- Stay updated on market trends and supplier developments.
Negotiation & Cost Control
- Negotiate commercial and technical terms with new and existing suppliers.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage procurement budgets and develop strategies to control input costs and inflation.
- Conduct periodic pricing reviews with vendors in line with quarterly budgets.
Inventory Management
- Monitor daily and weekly inventory levels.
- Plan and track material deliveries to ensure supplier schedule adherence.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels across all locations.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Control, Receiving, and other internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
- Control inventory as per company SOPs and target inventory levels.
Reporting
- Prepare periodic inventory status reports.
- Generate reorder level reports.
- Maintain vendor master data and procurement records.
- Prepare budgeting reports and monthly procurement review reports.
Requirment
- Graduate or MBA.
- 5–12 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong experience in vendor development, sourcing, procurement planning, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
