Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products (Deposits, Loans, Insurance, Accounts, etc.)
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Guide customers on suitable financial products
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
- Maintain proper documentation and customer records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Any stream)
- 1–5 years of experience in banking / NBFC / financial sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to do field work
- Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
