Pathway is looking for a motivated Tele caller to contact prospective students and provide information about courses and admission procedures. The candidate will handle student enquiries, follow up on leads, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
· Handle inbound enquiries regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures.
· Explain course details and benefits clearly to students and parents.
· Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
· Maintain accurate call records and update student information in the database.
· Schedule appointments for academic counsellors when required.
· Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Requirements
· Qualification: Any Degree
· Experience: 1–2 years in tele calling, customer service, or sales
· Languages: Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred
· Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet targets.
· Moreover, should be a self-starter and catalyst in the working environment
