Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement across park operations. The role requires ensuring smooth HR functioning while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding for operational and corporate positions.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance appraisal and increment processes.
- Organize employee engagement, welfare, and training initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and Code of Conduct.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and manpower analytics
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, PF, ESIC, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
