About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented legal counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal support across contracts, compliance, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and risk management while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support contract lifecycle management and maintain legal records.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate exposure.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized legal matters.
- Assist in corporate governance activities, board resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
- Support internal teams on compliance, policy development, and legal training initiatives.
Pay: ₹12,613.76 - ₹54,701.38 per month
Experience:
- Law enforcement: 10 years (Preferred)
